For rent for 30 days in August 2025, in MARINA DI PIETRASANTA, Versilia (Tuscany), a detached villa on two floors (160 m²), 800 meters from the sea, in a very quiet residential area. The beach is reachable in 5-7 minutes on foot and in 2-3 minutes by bike. The villa is very bright and consists of: three double bedrooms, one bedroom with three single beds (in total, there are 9 beds + a babycot in the room on the ground floor), living room, semi-habitable kitchen, two bathrooms (with a shower on the ground floor and a bathtub on the upper floor), two terraces, a front porch, and a large glass-enclosed porch at the back, which can be shaded with green Venetian blinds and used as a dining room. Washing machine, dishwasher, two refrigerators, microwave, two televisions, DVD player, free WiFi, six air conditioners, and two fans (in the kitchen and under the gazebo in the garden at the back). Large garden, shaded and quiet, on all four sides of the house, with parking space and a cool gazebo at the back with an oval table for outdoor meals. Ping-pong table and barbecue. Children’s play area (it could be possibly closed by a wooden gate) in the bright porch at the back, with soft rubber carpets, a small table, chairs, and children’s toys.
As for the beach establishment, we recommend Bagno Mediterraneo: it is at the end of Via Firenze, after a small and short road that leads to the seafront. It is a well-maintained, peaceful, and clean establishment, ideal for families and children. The manager, Gianmario, is very kind, helpful, and has known us for over 50 years. The town center (Piazza 24 Maggio) is reachable in 8-10 minutes on foot and 3-4 minutes by bike.

The house has been rented out for several years, and the tenants have always been satisfied.

The cost includes the bill electricity, gas, water, and the final cleaning.
