La posizione della nostra struttura è ideale per esplorare Siracusa. Molte attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi, permettendovi di godere appieno della bellezza della città senza dovervi preoccupare dei mezzi di trasporto. Per chi arriva in auto, è possibile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Per chi preferisce i mezzi pubblici, la fermata dell'autobus più vicina è a pochi passi. La stazione ferroviaria di Siracusa è facilmente raggiungibile in autobus o taxi. L'aeroporto di Catania dista circa un'ora di auto.

Please note that this property is managed by Dimore in Sicily, which requires the signing of a rental agreement pursuant to Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. This includes registration of the documents required for issuing the invoice. These documents are used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, as required by Italian law. A 4.0% tourist tax per person, per night, is payable upon check-in, for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights. A security deposit is also required to cover any damage to the apartment.
