“Lecco Lakefront Retreat” is a retreat located in the heart of Lecco, overlooking Lake Como. Located on the third floor, this apartment offers modern comfort, a private terrace with panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains, and easy access to local attractions. Consisting of a bedroom and a bathroom, along with a well-equipped kitchen.
Among the services offered to our guests are a TV, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom equipped with every comfort, as well as Wi-Fi connection to always stay connected.
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace with lake views. In addition, the building is equipped with an elevator to ensure easy access to the third floor.
Leaving the apartment, you are immediately on the suggestive lakefront, which makes it even more pleasant to explore the surrounding area.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
