Spacious apartment with panoramic views that can accommodate up to 7 people a few steps from the center of Lecco. The apartment consists of a bright living room with seating area and TV, a large well-equipped kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom consists of a double bed and a bunk bed. The second has three single beds. We provide everything for a comfortable short stay, including linens, towels, cooking essentials, soaps, etc.
Our apartment is located outside the restricted traffic area, so it's easy for guests to access the apartment by car. However, keep in mind that private parking is not available. If you're planning to drive, there are plenty of free public parking lots nearby.
The place is perfect for those who want to explore the area by public transport. Lecco train station is a 20-minute walk away and there are also several bus stops within walking distance. In addition, the boat station is also within walking distance, making it easy to explore the beautiful Lake Como.

Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. There's no washing machine inside the unit, but there's a laundromat right in front of it.
Lecco is a fascinating city with a relaxed atmosphere and lots of things to see and do. The city is surrounded by mountains, making it an excellent destination for outdoor enthusiasts. You can go hiking, biking, or even take the cable car up to nearby mountains for a breathtaking view of the area. In addition, Lake Como is a major attraction and offers a variety of water sports and activities. In the city center, you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafés, perfect for exploring local culture and cuisine.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
