Villa Irma is an ancient farmhouse recently renovated and furnished with great care. It is situated on the outskirts of Arezzo and offers guests the double advantage of country living and urban convenience. Just a five-minute drive from the house, you will find the nearest supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, pizzeria, and petrol station.
The spot, though not entirely isolated, is perfect for those who love relaxing in nature and for those who enjoy visiting areas rich in the history, art, and culture of Tuscany—such as Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona, and Montepulciano—as well as nearby Umbria, including Perugia, Assisi, and Lake Trasimeno.

Arezzo is famous for hosting the largest and oldest Antiques Fair in its historic center, where visitors will find displays of furniture, prints, books, and porcelain while walking from the scenic Piazza Grande through the surrounding medieval streets, palaces, and squares. The city also offers many characteristic restaurants, gourmet food shops, wineries, and excellent gelaterie. And what about art? Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the house of the poet Petrarch or the amazing Casa Vasari and the stunning frescoes by the great artist Piero della Francesca.

Villa Irma consists of two comfortable and bright apartments, both with Wi-Fi connection, mosquito nets, and a modern air-conditioning system.
The garden features terraces with dining tables and views of the landscape—perfect for eating, drinking, or simply relaxing in the cool summer evenings.
At your disposal is a panoramic swimming pool (4 x 8 m – 1.40 m depth), beautifully located near an olive grove. It is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, a terrace area, and a security fence. The pool is open from May to the end of October and benefits from sunlight all day—a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan sunsets!

Apartment I Cipressi ( 4 persons ): Located on the ground floor, it includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.
Apartment Il Fienile ( 4 persons + 1 extra bed if needed ): Also on the ground floor, it includes a kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. On the first floor, accessible via comfortable stairs, there is an additional bedroom, a bathroom, and an office,
