The house is situated in the small village of Maggiana, Mandello del Lario, overlooking the stunning Lake Como. Nestled beside the medieval Tower of Emperor Frederick Barbarossa, the B&B is set in an 18th-century home, recently renovated to offer modern comforts while preserving its historic charm.

The rooms are simply yet tastefully furnished, each featuring a private bathroom, TV, and WiFi. They overlook a peaceful, ancient courtyard—an ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation away from the city's hustle and bustle.

Guests can unwind in the cozy living room with a fireplace, browse the library, or enjoy a glass of wine from our small in-house wine corner, perfect for an aperitif or a post-dinner drink.

Just next to the B&B, the family-run restaurant Osteria Sali e Tabacchi serves traditional cuisine and offers special tasting menus at discounted prices for our guests.
