Our ground floored cozy apartment has a television-set with satellite TV, dishwasher, A/C, free WI-FI, a safe and a numbered parking place. There is also a commonal (to the building) fenced garden and a shared washer. It features a patio with table and garden chairs, living-dining room with a double sofa bed and a cooking corner, a triple bedroom, a double-bedroom and bathroom with shower (with curtains).
