- BEDROOM II with single bed, desk and access to the terrace;
- FULL BATHROOM with bathtub/shower, sink, bidet and WC;

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
