Upon entering the flat, you will be greeted by a modern and refined ambience. The bright and well-furnished living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals or working in total relaxation. The contemporary design and thoughtful details make this space ideal for relaxing after a day in the city.



Kitchen and Terrace

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with high-end appliances, designed to offer practicality and style. From here there is access to a first terrace, an outdoor space perfect for a relaxing break. On this terrace is also the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine for maximum convenience during your stay.



Bedrooms



Double Room: Elegant and spacious, with a comfortable double bed and direct access to the second terrace. This open space is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a moment of relaxation. The modern furnishings and warm lighting contribute to a cosy atmosphere.

The flat boasts two separate terraces, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.



Kitchen-side terrace: Accessible from the kitchen, it includes the laundry room with washing machine and is ideal for outdoor breaks.

Bedroom-side terrace: Larger, accessible from the first bedroom, it offers a private, relaxing corner to start or end the day in peace.

To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.



There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. It is important to inform guests that, in accordance with Italian law, we cannot provide any type of food, including oil, salt and pepper. This is a professional flat and we strictly follow Italian regulations.
