In the heart of Como, in an exclusive location rich in history, this refined apartment offers a perfect blend of period charm and modern comfort. Located within the prestigious Palazzo Odescalchi, the property guarantees spacious and bright spaces ideal for families and groups of up to eight people.



Beautiful apartment on the ground floor of the central and historic Odescalchi Palace. The accommodation consists of a spacious entrance furnished with sofas, one of which can be converted into a sofa double bed; dining room with reserved access to the apartment's porch, equipped with a small table and two chairs.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with microwave, dishwasher and oven, plus access to the small courtyard. Completing the ground floor is a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Upstairs is the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, one room with a single bed and an extra bed and another with a double sofa bed. Finally, two more bathrooms with showers complete the layout of the accommodation.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Among the most fascinating aspects of the city are the charming villas, renowned worldwide for their grandeur and meticulously manicured gardens. Notable examples include Villa Olmo, an exquisite specimen of neoclassical architecture hosting major exhibitions, and “La Rotonda,” a villa built at the end of the 18th century that houses the Provincial Administration. Near the lakeside lies the city’s main square, dominated by the Broletto—the ancient municipal palace built in 1215—which also hosts the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, one of the most captivating examples of Italian Gothic art.
