About 200 meters from the beach, Sea Life Giulia is the perfect choice for those seeking a seaside holiday with comfort. Located on the second floor, this bright holiday home offers modern and welcoming spaces, ideal for families or groups of friends.
It features two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds, both with mosquito nets and air conditioning), a large living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an American style fridge, and two bathrooms for maximum convenience (a second bathroom with a washing machine is located in the rear courtyard).
Every room is air conditioned, and guests can enjoy a spacious sea view terrace and a private courtyard with a BBQ area, where the second bathroom is located. Wi Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and a private parking space complete the amenities available to our guests.
The area is well stocked with beach clubs, restaurants/pizzerias, mini markets, and bars/tobacconists.
The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed only by stairs. Outdoor parking space within the property. City tax not included. Late check in from 8:00 PM: 30.00 extra. Crib and high chair available upon request: 50.00 extra (sheets and towels not included). Identification documents will be required upon check in. For monthly reservations, utilities, sheets, and towels are not included. Midweek cleaning and linen change available upon request at an extra cost. Maximum car dimensions for parking: Maximum width 180 cm; Maximum length 420 cm; alternative parking on the main road 40 meters away. Security deposit: 200.00. The security deposit must be paid one day before check in. It will be refunded one business day after check out, barring any damages. In the event of damage, the amount will be retained in whole or in part and recalculated based on actual costs, with a possible debit or credit balance.
