Located on the second floor (without elevator) of a typical building in the historic centre of Florence, this flat has been entirely renovated in a modern style with particular care of comfort and use of space. The warmth of the cottoand wooden floors combined with modern furnishings and sober colours creates a decidedly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
The property overlooks the Museo di Sant'Orsola, a multifunctional exhibition complex in the process of being set up and soon to be a hub of interesting cultural and artistic initiatives.
The Pavilion apartment is spread on one level and runs along a corridor with the living room and a double bedroom at each end. Entering on the left is the spacious living room, lit by two large windows overlooking the Museo of Sant'Orsola. The living area consists of the sitting room with sofa, coffee table and TV, as well as a dining area with a large dining table seating 4.
Continuing in the opposite direction along the corridor, one comes to the first of the two bedrooms. Furnished by wardrobe and desk, this double bedroom is also a good place for studying or work from home.
