Nestled in the Modica and Ragusa countryside, Casale del Mandorlo is a late 19th-century farmhouse, expertly renovated, offering a luxurious experience, a countryside vacation in Sicily dedicated to relaxation and well-being. With its private pool, heated jacuzzi (upon request, with additional costs), lush garden, and meticulously designed interiors, it is the ideal choice for families and groups of friends who wish to spend an unforgettable vacation.
Casale del Mandorlo consists of two buildings, offering a total of four bedrooms and four en-suite bathrooms, ideal for accommodating extended families or groups of friends. The main building houses the property's common areas: a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, an equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.), and a dining area. Upstairs, a single bedroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete the interior spaces. The second building houses two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with access to a private balcony. All rooms are air-conditioned. The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, a TV, and all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kWh per week (approximately 36 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
Casale del Mandorlo boasts a large garden with aromatic plants and a private pool (8x4 meters) with a heated jacuzzi (heating upon request, with an extra cost of 200 euros/week and 120 euros for 4 days). Several furnished panoramic points offer ideal spaces to relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside. The villa features a small soccer field, a barbecue area, and a laundry area. Private parking can accommodate multiple cars and offers a charging station for electric vehicles (additional cost 0.80 cents kWh).
