Villa Sao is a charming ground floor apartment located in a semi detached villa in the prestigious Punta Pispisa residence in Scopello.

The location is ideal for sea lovers: the villa offers access to two splendid coves for the exclusive use of the village, Cala dell'Ovo and Baia Luce, both just a few minutes away, either by car (2 minutes) or on foot (6 minutes), with parking available near the beaches.

Some of the area's most beautiful attractions are within easy reach: the picturesque village of Scopello (1.1 km), the historic Tonnara (tuna fishery) and the evocative Faraglioni (sea stacks) 850 meters away, and the Zingaro Nature Reserve just 1.6 km away.

It features a private entrance and reserved parking for two cars.

There are two verandas, both approximately 40 square meters: one at the entrance on the north side and one at the rear on the south side. Inside, the living area is spacious and bright, with a corner sofa bed, TV, and air conditioning. It leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and everything you need for cooking.

The sleeping area features two air conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds (convertible to a double bed upon request). The bathroom, located in the hallway, is comfortable and modern.

The garden offers additional amenities to fully enjoy your stay: a portable barbecue and an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Villa Sao is the ideal choice for those seeking a relaxing holiday while exploring the natural wonders of Scopello.



Identification documents will be required upon arrival. Tourist tax not included: 1.50 per person for the first 6 nights. For monthly reservations, utility costs will be paid separately and will be calculated based on the current rates. Sheets and towels are not included. Check in after 8:00 PM: 30.00 extra. Crib: 50.00 per stay upon request. Security Deposit: 300.00 The security deposit is due one day before check in. It will be refunded one business day after check out, barring any damages. In the event of damages, the amount will be retained in full or in part and recalculated based on actual costs, with any remaining balance credited or debited.

Villa Sao is located within the Punta Pispisa Village Residence, a quiet setting where everything is easily accessible on foot. As soon as you enter the residence, paths lead directly to two small coves, Punta Pispisa and Cala dell'Ovo, ideal for easy and immediate access to the sea. Continuing along the main road, after about 600 meters you reach the Tonnara di Scopello and the Faraglioni, one of the most recognizable areas of the coast. The Zingaro Nature Reserve is a short distance away, about 2 km, while the village of Scopello is about 1 km away. In the village, you can find all the services you might need during your stay: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a bakery, small markets, tobacconists, and an ATM. The area offers a practical balance between proximity to the sea, points of interest, and everyday conveniences, making Villa Sao a convenient base for exploring Scopello and its surroundings.
