Villa Stracca con Trullo - Salento Reservation is a wonderful, recently renovated two-family villa able to guarantee a stay in complete relaxation without sacrificing any comfort, in a strategic position to quickly reach all the most popular destinations in Salento; Located in Capilungo, the villa is just 1 km from the sea, characterized by a low cliff with easy access where bathing is widely practiced, a short distance from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni, and equidistant from the paradisiacal ones of Gallipoli.
The larger portion of the villa incorporates an ancient trullo, and consists of a large entrance/living room with a relaxation area with two double sofa beds and a beautiful fireplace, a large living room with air conditioned dining table and chairs with air conditioning, a trullo service, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with bunk beds, and a relaxation area with a sofa in the trullo, a bathroom with shower box, a hallway with air conditioning for the rooms, a covered veranda equipped with garden furniture and gas barbecue and two comfortable Very showers external. For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and upon acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8 . City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights
