The apartment, recently renovated and furnished in a modern style, is located on the second and last floor of a nine-unit building with a lift. It consists of a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can form a large double bed, a bathroom with shower and bidet and a quiet terrace with a table and chairs.
The amenities are all included (sheets, towels and basic kitchen products).
Enchanting apartment in a strategic position, 200 m from the beach and close to the station and the Desenzano motorway exit. Ideal for visiting both the towns on Lake Garda and the surrounding cities.
The building has no architectural barriers.

The municipality of Desenzano del Garda imposes the payment of the tourist tax, equal to 2 Euros per night/person (under 14 free). The tax must be paid directly to the host upon check out.
