The apartment, approximately 110 square meters, consists of three bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen, and two bathrooms.

The bedrooms are organized as follows:



One master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ample wardrobes.

A second bedroom with a double bed + a single bed.

A third bedroom with a single bed and a work desk.

In the living area, two comfortable sofas provide moments of relaxation, with a large smart TV in front.

The kitchen is functional and fully equipped, including dishes and cooking utensils. You’ll find an induction cooktop, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave.

One of the two bathrooms is complete with a shower, and the second has a Jacuzzi bathtub for moments of relaxation.
