We are in the heart of the main street, directly overlooking the sandy beach of “La Rossa”, set in the picturesque harbor with its crystal-clear waters. To the right lies the scenic Fanaletto cliff, while a short walk along the harbor leads to the small “La Pianotta” beach, known for its white pebbles and breathtaking shades of blue.

Our guests enjoy special discounted ferry fares: we can issue tickets with Moby or Toremar at reduced rates from 20% to 30%, or provide a discount code link for independent purchases, also valid with low-cost companies such as Blunavy and Corsica Ferries.

Additional services include scooter and e-bike rentals at special rates, allowing you to explore the island with total freedom.

Linen: bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented at the cost of €40 per double bed. The service must be requested at least 7 days before arrival, with collection at our office in Portoferraio.
