Being located on the eighthfloor of the building, the apartment offers bright spaces, with large windows and a large terrace from which you can enjoy exceptional views.
The building has a private parking lot, equipped with an elevator that leads directly to the floors.
The well-kept parquet flooring makes the Nicol House Luxury apartment very welcoming. A large living room welcomes guests with sofas, armchairs and TV. From here there is access to the adjacent kitchen, well equipped to prepare meals.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms. Completing the apartment are 2 shower rooms.

Nicol House Luxury is located in Bari`s new Poggiofranco neighborhood, just 5 minutes from San Nicola Stadium and 15 minutes from Bari Central Station.
The residential neighborhood is well served. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, bars, stores and all kinds of services.
The location is great for reaching the city center, the old town, the port, and the waterfront, either by car or public transportation. In addition, from here by car you can reach all the most characteristic villages on the sea and in the hinterland of Bari.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning just in one bedroom and in the living area.
- The flat is on the eighth floor of a building (with elevator).
