Flat on the first floor of a renovated historical building located in Modena old town. It is accessible from the entrance hall of the building by means of a staircase (there is a lift for use if carrying heavy luggage).
Upon entering the flat, one finds oneself in a small entrance hall equipped with a coat hanger. To the right, you'll access the living room, in which there is a sofa bed and an open fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine (with complimentary capsules kit), microwave, electric boiler, oven and fridge, apart from all the necessary cookware and crockery. There is an extendable table for seating up to 4 people.
A corridor leads to the bedroom, in which there is a double bed and a wardrobe for guests. The bedroom leads to the en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet.
