In the most exclusive area of ​​Venice, in the center of everything that best represents art and beauty in the ancient lagoon city, characteristic 17th century earth/sky delightfully restored. A single-door block on three levels, on the ground floor dining room with kitchenette (kitchen with 4 hobs); on the first floor living room with sofa bed, bathroom (shower, bidet, toilet); on the second and last attic floor bedroom with double bed. The house is equipped with air conditioning, TV, heating and is supplied complete with dishes, plates and linen.
Check-in after 7:00 PM incurs a fee of €35.00. From 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM, a fee of €100.00 is charged.
The tourist tax is not included in the price of the accommodation. A tax of €3.00 per person will be applied for each night of the stay, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
