We offer our guests discounted rates for the ferry, issuing tickets with Moby or Toremar, with discounts ranging from 20% to 30%. Alternatively, we can send a link with a discount code that allows guests to issue their tickets independently, including for low-cost companies such as Blunavy or Corsica Ferries.

The property is located in Campitelle, a small branch off the main road connecting Portoferraio to Marciana Marina and Marina di Campo. For trekking enthusiasts, a medium-to-high difficulty trail within the park leads to the Golfo della Biodola or Monte delle Poppe, both reachable by car in just 3 km. On the opposite side, you’ll find the charming San Martino area, known for the historic Villa of Napoleon.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and features a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a guest bathroom.

Outside, the surrounding garden is a green oasis, perfect for relaxing in the shade of Mediterranean plants and enjoying the tranquility of the location.

Villino Rita’s strategic location allows easy access to Portoferraio’s center, the port, and nearby beaches. The famous pebble beach of Biodola is only a 5-minute drive away, making this home an ideal base to explore the wonders of Elba Island.

Important Notes – Villino Rita
Arrival: Check-in is possible until 8:00 PM free of charge, so you can arrive at your leisure and start your holiday right away. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a €40 late check-in fee.
Departure: Check-out is by 10:00 AM, so we can prepare everything for the next guests.
Bedding: The apartments are not supplied with bed and bath linen. You can rent it up to 7 days before arrival: €40 for a double bed and €20 for a single bed. Linen must be collected exclusively at our office in Portoferraio.
Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
