We are in Nisporto, 300 meters from the sea, on the side of Rio Elba. It is a mixed beach of sand and small pebbles, with a crystalline sea full of fish, ideal for canoeing or snorkeling. Location suitable for those in search of tranquility, surrounded by nature, in the wild heart of the island. The beautiful nearby coves, including Zupignano and Secche, up to the unspoiled beaches of Capo Poro deserve boat trips. The beach is equipped with bars and restaurants and a minimarket with ready meals for quick lunches, sun loungers rental and diving center with availability of small boats.

Nisporto is one of the quieter beaches on the island, offering a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere than the more popular beaches on Elba. The apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs where we find the terrace equipped with table and chairs POOL VIEW. The entrance leads to the kitchen/living room where you will find a double sofa bed, in the hallway you will find a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower cabin, a bright and large double bedroom.

- inside the Residence Cala Rossa with shared swimming pool, ideal especially for children

Important Notes:
- The rental must be for a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children
- groups of Young People under 21 are not allowed
- check-in from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 10:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of €30
- deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- seasonal swimming pool of the Residence from 10/06 to 25/09 (open from 08:30 in the morning until 21:00; daily cleaning is carried out during the night)

The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio, or via Self check-in directly at the structure.
