Apartment

Casa Pistillo is a welcoming apartment situated in a central location, at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps six people. From Casa Pistillo you will have a view of the nearby buildings. Casa Pistillo is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Castellammare di Stabia, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find a number of restaurants at 400 meters (440 yards), a grocery store a few meters (feet) away, the bus stop at 150 meters (490 feet) and the closest beach (Castellammare beach) at 450 meters (approximately 490 yards).
Casa Pistillo is located on the mezzanine floor of a six story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately eight stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Pistillo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room and from the entrance hall through a sliding door (open on top). The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has no windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
