The strong point is the large terrace that surrounds the house and offers a pleasant view of the sky of Rome, the possibility of relaxing under the patio and dining outdoors. It also has a veranda with sliding walls that will give you the opportunity to make the most of the outdoor environment in all seasons.

The Balduina neighborhood is one of the quietest and most peaceful Roman districts, in a slight hilly position, away from the traffic and noise of the city.
In the surroundings of the house, within walking distance, you will find all the services (supermarkets, pharmacy, newsagent, ATM, laundry, etc.) and some renowned trattorias of Roman cuisine, bars, pizzerias, wine bars and places for aperitifs.
A 1-minute walk away (100 meters) you will find the Appiano station of the urban train FR3 which in a few stops will take you to San Pietro, Trastevere, Ostiense and Tiburtina Station. Or you will find the 990L bus stop, which connects to the subway (Line A), from Cipro.
