Located in a quiet residential area and easily accessible by car, with free on-street parking, the home is on the ground floor and faces the street through a luminous entrance. The spaces are welcoming and well-kept: a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with queen-size bed and French balcony, a single bedroom, and a windowed bathroom. Newly renovated, the house is furnished with taste, without losing the bond with tradition. Every detail tells of day-to-day Sicily. Known as the Baroque capital, Noto’s historic center was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. Among its protected landmarks, you’ll find the Noto Cathedral, the city’s most important Catholic place of worship, and Palazzo Ducezio, which houses the famous Hall of Mirrors. Along the coast, you can visit the Calamosche Beach Nature Reserve, recognized in 2005 as “Italy’s most beautiful beach” for its crystal-clear waters.
