In San Vincenzo, we offer for summer rental, in the initial part of the new town, very close to all the main services (bus stop, grocery, schools, church, local health authority) and just 5 minutes walk from the sea, apartment located in a condominium on the 3rd floor without elevator.

The house consists of a large initial entrance which divides the living area very well with the sleeping area, on the left we find the very bright living area with access to the two terraces, one of which is suitable for dining and another narrower and longer one which has a view. sea.
In the living area we have 1 double sofa bed; in the sleeping area we find 1 larger bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 smaller bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom with window and shower and closet.

The apartment is in excellent maintenance conditions.

It is forbidden to introduce sand into the shower, leave rubbish and food/drink residues in the accommodation; furthermore, washing of dishes/glasses/pots is required.

Arrival: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at our real estate agency. Late arrivals must be communicated promptly.

Departure: no later than 9:00 am (keys returned to the agency).

Tourist tax due as per law, from 1 April to 31 October, based on the number of occupants of the property of €1.25 per day per person for a maximum of 14 nights over 12 years)

ATTENTION: Bedroom and bathroom linen not provided, we will provide disposable mattress covers and pillow covers for the number of beds present inside the apartment.
