In the bathroom with window we find a bidet, 120cm shower tray with built-in seat and safety handle, washing machine.
In the dining area, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with two doors, fan oven, microwave, Nespresso, "American" and moka coffee machines, electric kettle and toaster, rich supply of plates, glasses and crockery.

As for the surroundings, within a few tens of meters there are cafes, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, restaurants including ethnic ones, bistros, pizzeria, pharmacy, hairdresser, perfumery, tobacconist and all the convenient and necessary services. On the adjacent Via Baldo degli Ubaldi there are two metro A stops that connect to Termini and metro B stations and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot (500 metres). The Aura shopping center and the Valle Aurelia train station, home to another Metro A stop, which is directly connected to San Pietro station in 5 minutes by train, are close by and can be reached on foot. The San Carlo di Nancy hospital is a few hundred meters away, the Gemelli polyclinic is easily reachable by public transport from the Cornelia ring road. the Dermopathic Institute of the Immacolata "IDI" is 1 km away on foot. The Vatican Museums and the Vatican are 2.3 km away.
