Booking Details

• Essential services (final cleaning, initial linen set) are provided by external companies; related costs are charged to the guest.

Online Check-in & Rental Contract

• After booking, guests must complete the online check-in by uploading IDs and selfies for all travellers.
• Data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist rental contract must be signed (in Italian). An English courtesy copy is provided.

Key Collection

Recycling

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Guests are asked to dispose of all waste correctly before departure.
