FINAL CLEANING AND ESSENTIAL SERVICES

The cost of final cleaning and the initial linen set is not included in the base rate and will be charged separately. Extra linen changes are available upon request.

TOURIST TAX

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

• As private homes, they may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT

• Online check-in is mandatory and requires uploading documents and a selfie for each guest.
• Data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed; an English courtesy copy is available.

KEY COLLECTION

Key collection takes place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE SEPARATION

The area is served by a door-to-door recycling system. Please use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
