Small house for 2 people, overlooking the splendid sea of Capo Vaticano and just a few km from Tropea, with access to the beach.
This is the smallest of the houses on the property of the famous writer Giuseppe Berto, but also the most spectacular and fascinating of all. The structure remains faithful to the original: a low and compact house, designed to integrate perfectly with the landscape, so much so that it almost seems as if it has always been there, an integral part of the promontory.
Upstairs there is a bedroom, while downstairs there is a small dining room with storage room/pantry and outside but immediately adjacent there is a small kitchen and 1 bathroom.
Night on the sea has a splendid and large terrace overlooking the sea and the white beaches below. On clear days, you feel on top of the world, with Sicily visible to the south, the Gulf of Lamezia to the north, the Aeolian Islands and the Stromboli volcano perfectly aligned on the horizon. From here you can admire the most spectacular sunsets.
From the house, via a private descent (400 steps with handrails, very safe to walk) you can reach on foot one of the most beautiful beaches of Capo Vaticano.
