The name of the house refers to its architectural style, in particular the covered arched porch on the facade. The house is structured on two separate levels: on the upper floor there is the bedroom, which can accommodate a double bed or three single beds, and the bathroom; on the lower floor there is the kitchen with dining area and a second bathroom. The two levels are connected by an external lateral staircase. From here, the sea view is exceptional.
Additionally, the dining room downstairs is equipped with a sofa, which can also be used as an extra bed. The covered porch at the front is ideal for al fresco dining and relaxing. From here, you can admire wonderful sunsets, and you are only a few meters from the organic garden cared for by the property where you can pick seasonal products.
From Villino il Portico you can reach one of the most beautiful beaches of Capo Vaticano on foot, via a comfortable and safe staircase (400 steps) with handrail.
