Environment
We have created an elegant environment, with particular attention to detail, to make you feel at home.

Position
On the 5th floor with double exposure, double glazed windows which allow perfect soundproofing and maintenance of an appreciable internal temperature. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge.
We are easily reachable by public transport from Fiumicino airport (train + metro A) and from Rome Termini railway station.
Just think that the house is about 100 meters from the “Colli Albani” metro stop.
This means that if you arrive by train you will take metro A (“Termini” stop) and arrive at your destination in about 10 minutes.
Only 4 metro A stops to reach San Giovanni in Laterano. For the Vatican city we are 13 metro A stations away (about 15 minutes - Ottaviano stop).
Piazza di Spagna and the city center always by metro line A (10 stops in 10 minutes).
Composition of the environments
The house is heated with a centralized system, and served by three heat pump air conditioners (hot and cold).
There are two bedrooms, both composed of spacious wardrobes, dresser, dressing table and 50-inch Smart TV. In one of the two there is a double bed, while in the second bedroom there are two single beds that can be joined to obtain another double bed.
An additional possibility consists of a comfortable queen-size sofa bed.
At the service, a bathroom with walk-in and washing machine.
In the living room there is a wall equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, a table and four chairs. A console for placing a laptop or as a workstation completes the furnishings.
The kitchen is complete with plates, glasses, cutlery and cookware. You can enjoy a five-burner hob, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer and refrigerator.
