Residenza Rudalza is a delightful detached house in Porto Rotondo, one of the famous villages of the Emerald Coast, in Sardinia.

Located in Piazza Rudalza, the property is spread over one single level (on the ground floor), and boasts a large terrace (70 m2) overlooking the port. The terrace is equipped with a corner sofa, some armchairs, and a dining table for 6 people, ideal for having alfresco lunches/dinners while admiring the sea view.

Internally the house consists of a bright open-space living area with direct access to the terrace through French windows. This area is expertly furnished with: corner sofa, armchairs, piano, fireplace, and dining table for 6 people. Following you will find a small equipped kitchen with: stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

The sleeping area is made up of 3 bedrooms divided as follows: a double bedroom with private balcony, tv, wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom (with shower); a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom with shower.

Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. Pets are allowed on request (up to a maximum of 1).

As concerns the parking, upon advance request guests can obtain a concession reserved for residents of the village that allows to park the car in Porto Rotondo at a fixed cost of approximately 15.00€ per week.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); utilities (water, gas, electricity): 15.00€ per day. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
