The apartment "Da Marina" is located in the former historic residence "Il Carrubo", an outstanding Tuscan villa of the mid XX century of the architect Emilio Isotta.
A 15-minute drive from Portoferraio, away from the tourist areas, immersed in the Mediterranean macchia, it offers an exceptional view of the bay of the Biodola, the mountains of the island of Elba, the island of Capraia up to Corsica. The last strecth to reach the house is on a well-maintained unpaved road.
The fine sandy beaches of Scaglieri and Biodola, which are among the most beautiful on the island of Elba, can be reached in 20 minutes by a direct path, from which also hiking trails to the white beaches of Capo Enfola.
The apartment, suitable for 4 people and recently renovated , consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bright living room with an additional sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a TV and Wi-Fi connection, a bathroom with a shower, and three furnished outdoor spaces: a pergola in front of the house, a rooftop terrace accessible via an external staircase, and finally, an aloe garden on the hillside. The outdoor areas are also equipped with a small kitchenette and a shower. The apartment has a private and secure parking space. During the day, you can admire the vibrant colors of the sea, while in the evening, the sky fills with warm tones that inspire tranquility and ease. In the garden, a hammock offers a spot for relaxing moments. The pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
