Apartment

Very central. An old house, a romantic and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is located in a 15th century building in one of the most beautiful areas of the old city, near the church of Santa Maria La Nova, a few steps from Piazza del Gesù Nuovo and the Monastery of Santa Chiara. You'll stay in the most beautiful part of the center of Naples, in a house where you can breathe an atmosphere rich in art, among books, musical instruments and paintings. A piano and a liturgical organ enrich the environ.

- The apartment consists of a welcoming living room, a "Wunderkammer" enriched on the walls by many paintings representing the characteristics of the house, literature books, musical scores, a half grand piano and a liturgical organ. There is a conditioner in the room. In the living room there is a large window overlooking the courtyard of the building where an ancient and precious Spanish piperno arch is clearly visible.

- A dining area with kitchen equipped with electric induction hob, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, TV. In this area there are two balcony windows overlooking the internal courtyard.

- A bedroom with double bed and TV. The bedroom has a balcony overlooking the street

- WiFi with fiber optics available in all the apartment.

- It is forbidden to host other people both during the day and during the night

- On the day of arrival, the check in is done only once, so the presence of guests who have booked is required upon arrival

- The apartment is not suitable for infants and children aged 2 to 12 years

- The apartment is rented on a short-term basis

- Heating is provided via radiators.

- Cooling is provided with portabyair conditioning in the kitchen and portable air conditioning in the bedroom, fans in each room

- The warm wather is served by a heater and reaches comfortabole temperatures for domestic use


House Rules:

- Upon arrival, the signature of a contract is required according to the italian law for "short rentals"

- It is forbidden to organize parties

- The piano can only be played upon request for study purposes and if you are familiar with this musical instrument and at times that will be indicated.

- Respect the quiet of the building and avoid noise

- Turn off electrical appliances whenever you are not at home

- Check in: from 2pm to 10pm. The arrival time must be agreed with the owner a few days before arrival.

- After 10pm it is not possible to arrive

- Check out time by 10:00 am

- A valid passport or identity card is required upon arrival
