Apartment

Casa Lentisco is a bright and sunny apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Lentisco you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of the tourist port and of the coastline. Casa Lentisco is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Marina di Camerota, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find a number of restaurants a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet), the bus stop at 350 meters (1150 feet) and the closest beach (Calanca Beach) at 450 meters (approximately 490 yards).
Casa Lentisco is located on the first floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a flight of stairs (approximately 12 steps). As the apartment overlooks a famous restaurant, some noise can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Lentisco. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. If necessary, you can park additional cars for a fee along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: parking; linens and towels; electricity. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 50.00. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 250 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Terrace
The terrace is 9 square meters (97 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a pouffe which unfolds in a single bed. In this room you will find a smart TV. The room has a window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a sofa. The kitchen is also equipped with a smart TV. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a balcony with a view of the sea.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace, going down approximately three steps, through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
