Guests will have access to the entire structure, except for the mezzanine with access only for staff (containing cleaning materials and linen spare parts).

Please note that the entire property is NO SMOKING NO SMOKING. It is not recommended to use shoes at the entire house. Remember the prohibition to organize parties and produce excessive noise because you could annoy the neighborhood, in the hours of REST (22:00 8:00 ; 14:00 16:00), as it is inside a condominium and therefore you are subject to condominium regulation.

Thanks to the proximity with the metro A distant 140m, you can get in a short time directly to the center by getting off at the stops "Colosseo" and "Barberini" (Fontana di Trevi); also from the stop "San Giovanni" you can access the metro line C, and the stop "Termini" you can access the metro line B.
