Residence Mina is located in Cattolica, just a few meters from the Port. It`s a recently built building and consists of one-room, two-room and three-room apartments. It is located in a strategic area for those who decide to spend their vacations by the sea. It is 5 min walk from the beach, 10 min from the square of the fountains and a stone's throw from the new tourist dock that connects Cattolica and Gabicce Mare!
Mina 1: large studio apartment on the ground floor. A single room where there is everything you need to make the stay of those on holiday super pleasant. The studio flat consists in a sleeping area with double bed, table with chairs and armchairs for relaxation, equipped kitchen area and bathroom.
Mina 5 : two-room apartment whose peculiarity is that it allows you to spend your holidays in the name of intimacy. This apartment is part of the Mina building, but its entrance is on the mezzanine floor overlooking Via del Porto. Access is permitted via 3 steps. The attention to detail, the modern and valuable furnishings embellish this lovely holiday home. The double bedroom is large and allows you to add a cot for babies or children aged up to 36 months. The living area is equipped with two single armchair beds, comfortable to use as 2 beds. The bathroom is well furnished with modern comforts including shower cubicle and washing machine.
The services included include:
complete supply for the kitchen, Rekiko coffee machine with welcome kit, unlimited use washing machine, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, Smart TV in the living room. Available for information during your stay from 7am to 8pm.
