Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious and tastefully furnished living room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious breakfasts or home-cooked meals while enjoying the spectacular view of the Arena. The three bathrooms of the apartment offer maximum comfort, with two equipped with a bathtub and one with a shower, ensuring maximum flexibility for your needs.

Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a private check-in at the property.

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€3.50 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€200) is required.

At check-in, a damage deposit of €500 will be requested via credit card.

After the apartment has been checked, the deposit will be refunded within one week after check-out.
