The structure consists of 3 apartments, 2 of them with terrace. All units have been renovated with high-quality materials and equipped with all modern comforts to guarantee you a pleasant and relaxing stay.



The Augusto Apartment, recently renovated with high-quality finishes, offers a refined and comfortable ambience. It has 3 double bedrooms, a cosy living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 modern bathrooms. One of the highlights are the 2 terraces, one accessible from the kitchen/dining area, the other one accessible from one of the bedrooms, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Every detail has been thought out for your comfort, from high-speed Wi-Fi to customisable air conditioning and Smart TVs.



The apartment comes complete with linen and towels for all guests. On request, for an additional charge, a daily tidying service can be provided with a possible change of towels.



The Tourist Tax is 6.00 euro per person per day (including children from 10 years of age) and is payable on arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the Tourist Tax is already withheld).
