Nearby you will appreciate the park of Villa Lazzaroni, which hosts an interesting open-air cinema during the summer season, the Appia Antica park and the Acquedotti park.
Enjoy an apartment a few kilometers from the center but located in a quiet location but with numerous services, bars, restaurants, a variety of stores and even a shopping center.
Consisting of a comfortable double bedroom equipped with a bed with orthopedic mattress on which rests a very comfortable topper recently purchased and a sofa bed that, if necessary, turns into a practical single bed, a fully equipped kitchen ( kettle, coffee maker/milk, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave) and a bathroom also recently renovated in which, waiting for you, you will find a welcome kit.

N.B. Please note that according to the Decree No. 44 of 24/07/2014 of Roma Capitale, there is a contribution of stay to the City of Rome of 6 euros per night per guest. Children up to 10 years of age, those who come to Rome for health reasons and the nights after the first 10 are exempt from the payment. The guest must pay the contribution in cash to the host who in turn will pay it to the City of Rome.
