The apartment has just been renovated, but it retains many details and features of its history. The furniture is simple, clean and functional. The large air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
The property is accessed via a private avenue, shared with two other houses.
The sea with its low cliff is just under 500 meters, here you can swim in a really clear and clean water. Here the fish beds are fishy and ideal for fishing trips, diving or snorkeling. For those who love to practice sports, cycling, jogging and walking, on the seafront there is also a beautiful path.
Just 3 km away, we find Torre San Giovanni with its many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and long white beaches.
The house is located, however, close to the coastal road with which you can easily reach all the other locations of the Salento Ionian side.
