Parking space in the condominium courtyard.



Guests will find beach equipment available, including:

- Transport trolley

- Beach umbrella

- 2 sun loungers

- Chair

These items can be taken to the beach during the day and returned to the designated area in the evening.



Self-check-in is via a key box, for which a code will be provided on the day of arrival.

Prepayment is due by bank transfer within 7 days of arrival or by credit card on the day of arrival.



The price includes:

- Rental

- Water, electricity, and gas consumption

- 24-hour on-site assistance

- Initial and final cleaning

- Supply of bed linen and towels for all occupants of the apartment
