This bright 170 sqm home is spread over two levels inside a charming historic building, on the second floor. As soon as you walk in, you feel the space: two cozy living rooms where you can relax, work remotely or share a glass of wine after a day in Catania’s streets, and six balconies that open onto the lively historic center – here you don’t watch the city, you feel it.

There are two double bedrooms with A/C and TV, plus a comfortable sofa bed available from the 5th guest, making it ideal for couples, friends and families traveling together.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast and simple meals, inviting you to enjoy slow Sicilian mornings at home before diving into the city.

You’ll find two bathrooms: one with a shower, and a second, recently renovated service bathroom (without bidet and shower), functional and convenient next to the upstairs bedroom. The apartment has A/C in every room, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, drying rack, iron and hairdryer – perfect also for longer stays.

Please note: the apartment is on the second floor of a historic building, accessible only by stairs, and is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Outside, the vibrant life of Catania surrounds you: churches, voices, cafés and restaurants – an authentic Sicilian atmosphere, not a silent suburb.

The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building, with no lift.
Access is via a wide, regular internal staircase with comfortable steps and small landings; for this reason, it is not suitable for guests who cannot walk or have serious mobility issues.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, both levels and all balconies.
The staircase is typical of historic buildings in Catania’s center: wide, solid and easy to walk, part of an authentic and characteristic setting.

The apartment is designed to ensure comfort and safety even for the little ones. A deluxe travel cot with mattress and linens, a high chair for meals, a shatterproof baby food set and a 150 cm bed rail for children aged 3 and up are available on request.

For those arriving by car, there is a paid guarded parking lot just 7 minutes walk from the apartment. It is also located in the heart of the historic center, so reaching it becomes a pleasant walk through the streets of Catania, ideal for starting or ending the day calmly.
