The apartment is a studio apartment in an old and historic apartment building, located on the fourth and last floor without an elevator, consisting of a double bedroom with attached kitchenette, and private windowed bathroom.

It has a compact kitchen, with everything you need for meal preparation, and is brightly lit thanks to the window on the roof, as well as overlooking the green bedroom, from which you can also see the historic city walls.

The apartment has a private, windowed bathroom complete with shower.



Via di San Niccolò is a colorful and authentic street in Florence's historic center, full of stores, stores and bars that combine tradition and modernity.

While being quiet and sheltered from city traffic, all of the city's main tourist attractions are just minutes away from the apartment: Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, and the Basilica of Santa Croce can be reached in less than 15 minutes; Piazzale Michelangelo in 10 minutes.



The apartment can be easily reached on foot, walking through the historic center, from either Santa Maria Novella or Campo di Marte stations in about 30 minutes.

By bus it can be reached in 20 minutes with lines C1, C3, C4 and 23 from Santa Maria Novella station, with lines 13 and 23 from Campo di Marte.
