The FRANCESCO TERRAZZA/Garden apartment is located in the quiet and elegant neighborhood of Piazza Bologna, a few steps from the University 'La Sapienza' and just 4 metro stops from the famous Spagna Step.
The apartment of about 50 square meters is located on the ground floor of an elegant building with a lovely terrace/garden of 40 square meters.
It consists of an entrance hall, a small living room with a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator, a double sofa bed (140 cm.) and a table for four people.
An elegant bedroom with a double bed (160 cm.) and a modern and functional bathroom (with a bathtub with shower inside).
The apartment has a beautiful, comfortable and quiet terrace of 40 square meters with table, chairs and two deckchairs.
Not far from the apartment is Villa Torlonia, one of the most beautiful public parks in the city.
The area is well connected to the rest of the city through the 'Policlinico' metro stop and thanks to several bus lines.
The FRANCESCO TERRACE apartment is located just 10 minutes by car from Rome Termini Station and 30 minutes from Fiumicino Airport.

The elegant and quiet area of ​​Piazza Bologna is full of services, a few steps from the apartment is the interesting open-air market of Via Catania, there are many supermarkets, excellent restaurants and pizzerias and one of the most beautiful green parks in Rome: Villa Torlonia.
The famous University "La Sapienza" is a few steps from the apartment and the 'Policlinico' metro stop allows you to reach the most famous places in the center of Rome in a few minutes.

7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20 9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day
