The beach, 280 meters long, is made up of sand mixed with fine gravel, has a seabed that slopes gently and offers all services; for this reason it is ideal both for families with small children and for those looking for a peaceful holiday.

The house is free on 3 sides, has a completely independent entrance, is located in a privileged position with respect to the beach and is completely fenced. It is accessed from the large living room where there is a TV area and a comfortable single sofa bed, a modern kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and microwave, a double bedroom and two bathrooms (one with a shower cubicle). The apartment has recently been renovated and is perfect for both a family and couples of friends looking for privacy and practicality; the large outdoor spaces allow you to eat outdoors in the courtyard and rest comfortably in the relaxation area in the courtyard. The entire unit is on the ground floor, offers two parking spaces inside the property and a 120 m2 field below, for exclusive use, also ideal for accommodating a boat trailer. Externally, at guests' disposal, a sink and a shower equipped with hot water and a washing machine.

Important Notes:

- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30.00 (maximum 2 animals)
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio or Mola, depending on the opening periods.
