Casolare Torre is located in a dominant and spectacular position in Chianti. Its location between Florence and Siena makes it possible to reach all the main tourist destinations: Florence at 30 minutes and Siena at 20 minutes. Close to smaller villages such as San Gimignano and Radda in Chianti.

Casolare Torre is characterised by 3 flats that share the beautiful infinity and panoramic swimming pool (5x12), with a depth ranging from 0.50 to 1.4 metres. Wooden flooring surrounds the pool, which is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.

Access to the property involves a stretch of dirt road that can be travelled by any car.

Ground-floor flat in an expertly restored farmhouse. This flat enjoys a location with a view of the Tuscan hills.

On the ground floor of the flat there is a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with bathroom with tub. Outside there is a small area equipped with a table and chairs belonging to the flat.

Pets are allowed.
