The cottage's stone walls exude a rustic and timeless charm, adding a fine aesthetic touch and providing excellent thermal insulation, keeping the house cool in summer and warm in winter.

The focal point of the property is undoubtedly the splendid swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is shared with the Villino degli Olivastri and extends like a refreshing oasis in the middle of this natural paradise, creating an atmosphere of harmony and serenity.

The spacious and cosy interiors are tastefully furnished, combining rustic elements with contemporary details. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and includes a double bedroom, a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed, and a full bathroom with bidet and shower. The large porch with wooden beams is equipped for outdoor dining, and the barbecue carved into the stone adds a particularly beautiful touch.
